Welcome to Rehabi Health. By accessing or using the Site or Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Eligibility & Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials, and for all activities that occur under your account.
2. Use of the Site & Services

The Site and Services are for your personal, non-commercial use only, unless explicitly authorized.

a. Use our Services in violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
b. Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers or networks connected with the Site.
c. Engage in data mining, scraping, crawling, or other automated means to access or collect data from the Site.
d. Use the Site to transmit harmful code, viruses, or any content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or that infringes others’ rights.
3. Services, Appointments & Payment

Rehabi may offer (depending on your location) in-person therapy, rehabilitation, counseling, telehealth, assessments, and related services.

Booking & Cancellation: You may book sessions through our Site or via direct communication (phone / email). Cancellation or rescheduling policies (e.g. prior notice) may apply; we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee if you fail to comply.

Fees & Payment: Fees for services will be as per our published rates or as agreed with you. Payment terms (advance, installments, refunds) will be specified at the time of booking or service.

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate service provision at our discretion (for example, if you violate these Terms or for safety, health, or professional reasons).
4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site (text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio) is owned or licensed by Rehabi and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may view, download, and print pages for your personal, non-commercial use only. Any other copying, distribution, modification, or reproduction requires our express written permission.

The “Rehabi” name, logo, and other trademarks are our property; you may not use them without our consent.
5. Disclaimers & Health-care Notice

The information on the Site is provided for general informational and educational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

Use of the Services (in person or telehealth) is not a substitute for independent professional medical diagnosis or treatment by a qualified healthcare provider.

Results vary by individual. We make no guarantees or warranties regarding outcomes.

We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or always available. The Site is provided “as is” and “as available.”
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Rehabi, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Site or Services.

Our total aggregate liability (for any and all claims) shall not exceed the amount you paid us (if any) for the specific service in question.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraudulent misrepresentation.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Rehabi (and its officers, directors, employees, agents) from and against any claim, damage, loss, liability, costs, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising out of your use of the Site or Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.
8. Third-Party Links & Integrations
Our Site may contain links or integrations to third‐party websites, services, or apps (e.g. payment gateways, teleconferencing platforms). We do not endorse or control them, and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of such third parties is subject to their terms.
9. Privacy & Data
Your privacy is important to us. Our Privacy Policy (below) governs how we collect, use, share, and protect personal data. By using the Site / Services, you consent to that policy.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the updated version on the Site with a revised “Last updated” date. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

Termination of access or service shall not relieve you of your obligations (like payment, confidentiality, or indemnification) which by their nature survive termination.
11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of India (and specifically, the state of Kerala, to the extent applicable).

Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved by amicable negotiations. If resolution fails, then such dispute shall be submitted to the courts in Kerala (or another mutually agreed jurisdiction).

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck out or modified to the extent necessary, without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions.

Failure or delay by us to enforce any right under these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that right.
